About Us: |

As a Professional Geriatric Care Management
practice, we are a multi-disciplinary team, which is unique in
Central Ohio. We are both state licensed professionals in
our respective disciplines and the seasoned professionals you
want to turn to and count on with aging-related concerns.
 Janet Sobel-Medow, RN
Janet received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from
the University of Michigan, having graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Her Masters Degree in Industrial Relations is from the
University of Wisconsin. Janet has been a practicing RN
for 23 years, of which 12 years have been devoted to geriatrics
and care management.
She is a professional member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the Franklin County Task
Force on Aging, the Bexley Task Force on Aging, and the Licking
County Task Force on Aging.
 Marcia Wool,
LISW, C-ASWCM, CSW-G
Marcia earned both her Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare and
Master of Social Work degrees from The Ohio State University.
She has 35 years experience as a Social Worker, with 20 years in
the geriatrics field.
Marcia is a professional member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the National Association
of Social Workers and its Aging Section, the O.S.U. College of
Social Work Alumni Association, the O.S.U. Alumni Association,
AARP, the Franklin County Task Force on Aging, and the Licking
County Task Force on Aging. She also holds the NASW
certifications of Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM)
and Clinical Social Worker in Gerontology (CSW-G).
